The little restaurant is big on character, as proprietor business partners Yolande Findlay and Sylvie Le Nouail share much of themselves with every order. Each order is made before your eyes, ranging from scintillating sweet crepes featuring such simple delights as maple syrup and walnuts (not to mention decadent pleasures such as dark chocolate, raspberry, and homemade vanilla ice cream), as well as savory crepe creations with cheeses, salad, and freshly cooked vegetables or meats.
