The Lodging Association’s Annual Trade Show & Hospitality Expo took place on Thursday November, 15th 2007 at the newly opened Beachside Resort & Conference Center in Beautiful Key West, Florida. Open from 11:00am to 3:30pm & Free to everyone in the Lodging, Hospitality & Business Community, the show was a huge success! We had well over 200 attendees wandering the show floor throughout the day. With 47 exhibitors offering a vast range of products and services for the industry there certainly was a lot to see!
Spanish Rhapsody: Vocalist Melody Cooper presents an evening of classical and popular music from Spain, Argentina, Brazil and Cuba. It will be a journey of passionate stories, hot rhythms, and beautiful melodies inspired by her recent experience studying music in Madrid and her lifelong love of Latin American music. Joining Melody will be classical virtuoso Sergio Puig at the piano and the popular Key West salsa trio Caribe (Rolando Rojas, Jose Rodriguez and Roy Chavez). This concert is being presented in conjunction with Professor Emily Lowe's vocal studio at the Florida Keys Community College and made possible in part by the Anne McKee Artists Fund.
